Here is the journey of our candied orange peels! First, the sweetest, juiciest Valencia oranges are selected and peeled. Next, they are cured for 6 luxurious days in sugar syrup. They are then dried for 3 days and packaged in jars for optimum freshness and then we dip them in dark Callebaut chocolate. Finally, they enter your mouth where they create a fresh citrusy explosion for your taste buds! A very satisfying journey indeed!
